You create the right starting position for OKR integration: you have a modern mission statement and good strategic goals on the basis of which you can implement OKR.

Module 1: Mission statement
Your mission statement provides the answer to the question of your company's ‘why’: ‘Why are we here? What do we want to change and achieve in the long term?’ To achieve this, the mission statement must be inspiring, practical and measurable. You develop a modern mission statement with clearly measurable long-term goals so that you can subsequently build your strategic goals on it.
Module 2: Strategic goals
Today, a strategy process must not only be simple and transparent, but above all flexible. Instead of rigid planning, iterative approaches are required that can adapt dynamically to changing market conditions and company realities. You define your strategic goals and prepare them in such a way that the teams can adopt them for short-term implementation via OKR.

In this webinar, you will learn how to set inspiring goals, make their implementation measurable and thus lay the foundation for sustainable success. You will learn the basics of the OKR method and receive impulses to better align your own company goals.
Module 2: OKR workshop
How do you not only succeed in defining ambitious goals, but also in achieving them consistently? In this workshop, we go beyond the basics and work intensively on how you can strategically and operationally anchor OKRs in your organisation, your team or for your personal goals.
You will learn how to define OKRs precisely, prioritise them and integrate them into existing processes. Through practice-orientated exercises and discussions, you will develop the skills to use the method successfully in the long term - with clearly measurable results.

An OKR screening lays the foundation for the successful introduction of the OKR framework in your organisation. This structured process combines a comprehensive online survey for all employees with targeted interviews with individuals in order to obtain a precise picture of the initial situation.
